Lotus DEI Consulting, LLC, was established to ignite a movement, to accelerate a momentum and to inspire change. Lotus is designed with culture at its roots and passion at its core.
Lotus and Racial Justice
A core component of Lotus DEI is to elevate racial justice concerns. We work closely with leaders and champions, helping them advance their understanding of and advocacy for racial justice. The goal is not just to establish effective and structural changes within their organizations but to arm them with the tools to apply this work both in their personal lives and communities they reside and work in.
